Pros
Serenity cruise is less pricey than other cruises. It offers free round trip transfer Hanoi – Halong. The program is well organized so visitors can choose what level of activity they want. The cruise itinerary is UNIQUE and claimed to be the longest one amongst all cruises in Halong bay that go to the deeper parts in Halong bay and Lan Ha bay. The wine and cocktail selections are excellent and priced reasonably.
Cons
Transfer to and from the boat was chaotic with a lot of people. The property doesn’t provide cribs and extra beds in the room. Light breakfast is a bit poor and water is an additional charge at all meals which should have been included. Tai chi session is too short (less than 20minutes).
Bottom Line
The affordable traditional wooden junk creates a tranquil atmosphere and an activity-filled itinerary that takes you to the less touristy attractions and deeper parts in Halong bay.
